The parkland. But you also get the tourists. Cars parked everywhere on a sunny weekend. That is the trade-off. It is a bit spread out, Stansty. Not really a village centre. Just a few roads here and there. You can always hear the A483 in the background, a low hum. Always there. It's a mix of everything. Some old farmhouses that probably cost a fortune. Then a 1970s estate. Then a new build. No real character to the place as a whole. I don't think there's a pub. Or a shop. Maybe there was once. You'd have to go into Wrexham. Or the garage on the corner for a pint of milk. The listings will say 'semi-rural location' or 'convenient for Wrexham'.
