New homes for Sale in Pool, Cornwall 🏡

Pool New properties coming on the market lately and thought I'd share a few that have caught my eye. It's Truro in a really nice area with good schools and a quick commute into the city. Pool home itself has all the modern amenities you could want big open plan kitchen living space, stylish bathrooms, integrated appliances, you name it. Only thing is, they only have a handful left so you'll want to act fast if you like the look of it. Next we've got a townhome in a new complex in Truro. This one has two bedrooms but a big loft space that's perfect for an office or third bedroom. Truro, Great restaurants, shops and nightlife all on your doorstep. The complex also has a nice courtyard and residents lounge too. Perfect for a young professional or downsizers in my opinion. there's a charming new build cottage outside of the Truro. This one's a bit more rural but the setting is just gorgeous surrounded by woodland and walking trails. It's got three bedrooms with potential for a fourth in the attic. Lots of character features like exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace too. Decent sized plot of land comes with it too at just under an acre. Pool of an investment, but you can't beat the peaceful countryside lifestyle on offer here. Pool are a few that caught my eye this week.
