I was Lower Coscombe properties online the other day and found a lovely little community going up just outside of Gloucester. They've only released the first phase so far Gloucester, with about a dozen homes available. Lower Coscombe houses have a nice modern farmhouse style to them you know, brick exterior with big windows and porches. Inside they've got nice open concept kitchens and living areas. Lower Coscombe days, that seems quite reasonable. And it's a quick commute into the city if you need to get into the office a few days a week. Option I saw was a bit further north, in a little village near Gloucester. They're putting up a whole new estate of about homes there. Lots of stone, big wooden beams, that sort of thing. Again, the Lower Coscombe prices seem very fair considering the location. Plus it looks like a lovely little community already with a pub, some shops, and plenty of green space. Perfect if you want a bit more land and don't mind being a bit removed from Gloucester the busyness of the big city. Have you considered looking a bit outside of Lower Coscombe as well. I know the commute sounds daunting, but you be surprised what's out there if you're willing to travel an hour or so. Drop me a line if any of these sound interesting I'd be happy to send you more details or discuss other options too. Lower Coscombe housing hunt is never easy but it's worth exploring all the possibilities.
