Hey there fellow house hunters! I've been keeping an eye out for Harbledown and Rough Common new properties coming on the market in Canterbury and wanted to share a few that recently caught my eye. Harbledown and Rough Common development I came across is in a charming village just outside Canterbury just finished construction on a small collection of modern townhomes and semi-detached houses. Harbledown and Rough Common homes have all the standard new construction amenities like fitted kitchens, bathrooms, landscaped gardens, and parking. Since they just finished up, a few of the units are still available if you want that brand new feel. Harbledown and Rough Common village has some great schools too if you're thinking of starting a family. Just a bit further, there's a new gated community of luxury homes called that looks gorgeous.
