New homes for Sale in Exceat, Brighton 🏡

Hey there fellow house hunters! I've been keeping an eye out for Exceat new properties coming on the market in Brighton and wanted to share a few that recently caught my eye. If you're in the Exceat market for a fresh new place, you might find some inspiration in this batch. Exceat development I came across is in a charming village just outside Brighton just finished construction on a small collection of modern townhomes and semi-detached houses. Exceat homes have all the standard new construction amenities like fitted kitchens, bathrooms, landscaped gardens, and parking. Since they just finished up, a few of the units are still available if you want that brand new feel. Exceat village has some great schools too if you're thinking of starting a family. Just a bit further, there's a new gated community of luxury homes called that looks gorgeous. Persimmon Homes is the builder and they've really gone all out with the finishes in these. Marble floors, high end appliances, spacious open floor plans they're like miniature mansions! Prices jump up quite a bit though, more in the range. But if you want to spoil yourself, these homes would definitely do the trick. The community also has a clubhouse and swimming pool which could be nice for entertaining.
